Bubblegum is operated by Codebase Capital Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit bubblegumcrew.com, book a call with us, apply to join the crew, or email us. Questions go to [email protected].
What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, company, LinkedIn profile, and anything you include when you book a call, apply or email us.
Information collected automatically: basic, aggregated website analytics such as pages viewed, referring sites and device type. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies to track you.
How we use it
To reply to you, run intro calls, match operators to roles, introduce candidates to companies with their permission, send the information you ask for, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We don't sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the business, such as Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Cal.com (call booking) and Google Workspace (email). If you apply to join the crew, we share your profile with a hiring company only when we're introducing you for a role. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
International transfers
We work across countries, so your information may be processed outside the country you live in, including in Singapore, the United States and the Philippines. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it's handled.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires, and then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. If you're in the EU, UK or another place with data protection rights, you can also complain to your local regulator.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
