No. It's month to month, with no long-term lock-in. That's one of the upsides of doing it this way: if your needs change, you're not stuck.
Why is it so much less than a US hire?
A US hire costs salary plus roughly 46% more in benefits, payroll tax and leave, plus recruiting. Our operators are global talent, and we handle the contract and pay across borders, so the monthly price is the total.
